JOFFCO Portable Dry Powder Fire Extinguishers PC6 and PC 12 are designed specially for heavy duty. They exemplify the highest national and international technical developments and they conform with current Jordanian standard regulations and can be selected to meet NFPA recommended rating.

The special design feature of this series is the incorporation of a high pressure carbon dioxide cartridge located outside the larger dry powder cylinder.

By turning the rotary valve on the cartridge, the compressed Co2 is released by pipe into the powder cylinder and discharge hose, which then contains a compressed aerated powder.

Discharge of the extinguishing dry powder jet is controlled by using the lever valve at the hose end. Being easily portable, the extinguisher can be lifted to the best position for attacking the fire and once there, the operator can vary the discharge including complete interruption, if desired to meet the changing needs of the fire situation and to get the optimal result.

The cylinders of these models have bursting pressures much above average. We manufacture the shells by using high quality steel sheet which guarantees consistency and excellent quality.

Thereafter, this continuing strength is assured by their coating of electrostatic polyester powder – a special feature which we supply without extra charge – which gives them optimal protection against corrosion.
